A Culture of Complaint

Event Navigation

Kenneth Boyd Browne

Client complaints about their therapists have been on the rise in recent years, some of course manifestations of shadow material and certain psychological processes, whilst others are caused by misunderstandings and therapeutic negligence.

Ken Browne explores his experiences and thoughts about this changing culture, exploring the variety of factors impinging on this aspect of the therapeutic journey.

Kenneth Boyd Browne is a Senior Accredited BACP Therapist with over 25 years counselling experience mainly within organisational settings. Ken is a member of the BACP Professional Conduct Panel which he has being working with for over ten years. He is also Vice Chair of The Community for Spiritual Formation(UK). He is an experienced Spiritual Companion and Supervisor and is a gifted presenter and workshop leader on Celtic Christian Spirituality.
Ken’s creative outlet is working with flowers and he leads workshops using the medium of flower arranging as a form of Contemplative practice.

This is another of our ‘EXPLORATIONS’ series of Seminar Suppers. On arrival you will be greeted with a glass of wine or alternative and we will then hear from our speaker. After sharing a simple meal, there will be a hosted discussion and question and answer session, or similar, on the topic of the evening.
